Visitors to the gallery were asked to explore our collection of Phreak Boxes: solid boxes with descriptions of their abilities. Like magical artifacts, these hacker devices promise almost infinite mastery over the realm. The project looks at the mythological position hackers hold in contemporary society as mages who control the invisible world.
